The Medical Center (tel. 773-894-5100) is in Terminal 2, post-security, at Main Hall, east side.

People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities

ADA-related Services at ORD: 
If you need a wheelchair, contact your airline 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure; 
all terminals are accessible via elevators (with Braille & raised numerals) and so is the ATS train connecting terminals. 

There are 250 accessible parking spaces inside the available parking facilities tel. 773-686-7530). For public transportation / CTA Rapid Transit call 312-836-7000 or 4949 (TTY).
Hook-ups for operator-assisted Teletypewriters (TTY) are available 24/7 on the lower level of Terminals 1, 2, & 3,  and on the upper level of Terminal 5.
For accessible taxis see the cab starters at the cab stand outside the baggage claim areas.
The CTA Blue Line train to downtown has an elevator to/from the platform. 
Working dogs are allowed inside the terminals on a leash, as well as at the fenced animal relief areas at curbside, lower levels of Terminals 1 & 5.
