At Norfolk International Airport, parking is designed to be both safe and convenient. All parking facilities are within a short walk of the Arrivals and Departures terminals. Hourly and Daily parking are available in Garage A, while Daily parking is also available in Garages B, C, D, and the Daily East surface lot. Getting To/From The Lots
Each parking facility is conveniently located within a short walk of the Arrivals and Departures terminals. For assistance in any entrance or exit lane, press the intercom button to speak with a parking attendant. In addition, security guards are on duty 24 hours daily, and a security escort service between the terminals and parking facilities is available.
Cell Phone Waiting Lots
Norfolk Airport’s Cell Phone Lot is a FREE waiting area for patrons picking up arriving passengers. Once your passenger arrives and calls you, you can proceed to the curbside at the Arrivals Terminal to pick them up. Alternatively, patrons picking up passengers can park free of charge for less than 30 minutes in any airport parking lot or garage.
Advanced Reservations
Travelers can reserve and pre-pay parking in all parking facilities at Norfolk International Airport. Booking links are available on the homepage and parking page at NorfolkAirport.com. Doing so will ensure a hassle-free experience, secure preferred spots, and avoid issues with last-minute availability.
Payment Options
Parking rates at the airport are $1 per half hour, with a maximum of $24 per day for Hourly Parking and $11 per day for Daily Parking. Free parking is available for less than 30 minutes; otherwise, normal rates apply.
Special Vehicles
Designated parking areas are available for motorcycles, bicycles, vans, or oversized vehicles. Complimentary motorcycle and bicycle parking is available in the Permit Parking Lot adjacent to the Hourly North parking lot. Over-height vehicle parking is available in the Daily East surface parking lot. Vehicles cannot exceed the length of one parking space.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking
Complimentary electric vehicle charging stations are located in Garage A Level 1 (hourly parking), Garage C Level 2 (daily parking) and Garage D Ground Level (daily parking) and Level 3 (daily parking).
Special Needs Parking
Ramps to accommodate wheelchair travel are located at both Hourly parking lots flanking the airport terminal as well as the Daily parking lot and garages. Accessible parking spaces are available in Garages A, D, Daily Parking Lot East, Hourly Parking Garage A, Departures North and South lots.

It is located on the second floor of the Arrivals Terminal above Baggage Claim 5 and is open 24 hours/day.
