Terminal B Info & Layout
Terminal B at San Antonio International Airport primarily handles domestic flights and is a hub for major airlines such as American Airlines and United Airlines. Originally opened in November 2010, Terminal B was designed by Corgan Associates, Inc. and 3D/International. It initially featured eight gates, but with the completion of construction in January 2023, it now boasts a total of ten gates to better serve increasing passenger numbers.
Travelers flying through Terminal B can enjoy a variety of amenities. Notably, a United Club is conveniently located between gates B3 and B5, providing a comfortable space for eligible passengers to relax. Additionally, the USO is situated on the arrivals level next to baggage claim, offering support and services to military personnel and their families.
Passengers can access Terminal B via pedestrian walkways, making it easily reachable from other parts of the airport. While there is no automated transport system connecting Terminal B directly to Terminal A, the compact layout of San Antonio International Airport ensures that moving between terminals is straightforward and quick.
