Aerolineas Argentinas Airlines: Aircraft Fleet
Aerolineas Argentinas Airlines, the flag carrier of Argentina, has a diverse fleet of aircraft that allows it to serve both domestic and international destinations. The airline operates a total of 81 aircraft.
The majority of the fleet consists of Airbus aircraft, with 26 A320-200s, 10 A330-200s, and 5 A340-300s. The airline also operates 26 Boeing aircraft, including 11 737-800s, 10 737 MAX 8s, and 5 737-700s. In addition, the airline has 14 Embraer E190s and 5 Bombardier CRJ-200s.
Recently, Aerolineas Argentinas Airlines signed a deal with Boeing to purchase 10 737 MAX 8 aircraft, which will replace some of the older aircraft in the fleet. The airline also has plans to retire its A340-300s and replace them with more fuel-efficient aircraft.
