If you have the flight number:

1. Locate the "Flight Status" section on the website.
2. Enter your flight number into the "Flight #" box. For example, if your flight number is 236, type "236" in the box.
3. Ensure that "Airasia" is selected in the Airline field.
4. Click the "Track" button to view your flight's current status.

If you don't know the flight number but know the departure and arrival airports:

1. Go to the "Flight Status" section.
2. Choose "By Route".
3. Enter the departure and arrival airports of the Airasia flight you wish to check.
4. Note: If you select an airport Airasia does not serve, you will see an error message.
5. Check that the date aligns with your flight's date considering your current time zone. Be aware that flights from Europe or Asia might be a day ahead or behind.
