AirAsia Partnerships & Alliances
AirAsia is currently not part of any major airline alliance.
However, the airline has several codeshare agreements with other airlines. AirAsia has codeshare agreements with several airlines including Air China, Cathay Pacific, China Southern Airlines, and many more. These agreements allow AirAsia to offer its passengers access to a wider range of destinations and flight options.
In addition to codeshare agreements, AirAsia has also formed partnerships with other airlines and corporations. For example, AirAsia has a joint venture with Japan's largest airline, All Nippon Airways (ANA), called AirAsia Japan. The airline also has a joint venture with Tata Sons called AirAsia India, which operates domestic flights within India.
AirAsia has also partnered with various hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies to offer its passengers discounted rates and travel packages. These partnerships help AirAsia provide a more comprehensive travel experience for its passengers.
