Brussels Airlines is a Belgian airline that operates flights to over 100 destinations across Europe, Africa, North America, and Asia. The airline has a fleet of 54 aircraft that consists of Airbus and Embraer planes.
The Airbus fleet of Brussels Airlines includes 38 aircraft, with 22 A319s, 12 A320s, and 4 A330s. The A319s have a capacity of 141 passengers, while the A320s can carry up to 180 passengers. The A330s are used for long-haul flights and have a capacity of 267 passengers. The Embraer fleet consists of 16 aircraft, with 13 E-145s and 3 E-170s. The E-145s have a capacity of 50 passengers, while the E-170s can carry up to 76 passengers.
Recently, Brussels Airlines has made a significant deal with Airbus to replace seven of its A330 aircraft with newer and more fuel-efficient A330neos. The airline has also signed a lease agreement with Air Lease Corporation for two new A320neo aircraft, which will be delivered in 2022.
