Czech Airlines Pet Policy
Czech Airlines allows a maximum of three animals to be transported in the passenger cabin. If you plan to travel with your pet, it is recommended to book their spot on the flight as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. To do this and to find out further information, you can contact the Customer Service Team at 855-359-2932.
In the passenger cabin, small cats and dogs are permitted to travel with Czech Airlines if the combined weight of the pet and carrier is under 17 lbs (8 kg). Each passenger is allowed to carry one pet in the cabin. It is important to note that your pet must remain inside their carrier for the entire duration of the flight. Please keep in mind that the pet carrier is not included in your free cabin baggage allowance. The fee for this service is EUR 59/CZK1,530.
If you prefer to transport your pet as checked baggage, Czech Airlines allows dogs, cats, and ferrets to be transported in the hold. It is required to have food and water available for the animals inside their carrier, and the pet owner's name and telephone number should be written on the crate. The combined weight of the pet and carrier must not exceed 70 lbs (32 kg). Please note that there is a fee of EUR 119/CZK3,100 for each direction of the animal carriage, which is not included in the free checked baggage allowance.
