Hawaiian Airlines: Aircraft Fleet
Hawaiian Airlines is the flag carrier of Hawaii, with its main hub at Honolulu International Airport. The airline operates a fleet of 56 aircraft, consisting of Airbus and Boeing models.
The Airbus A321neo is the newest addition to Hawaiian Airlines' fleet, with 18 aircraft currently in service and 2 more on order. The A321neo is used for the airline's longer domestic and international routes, with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles. The airline also operates 24 Airbus A330-200 aircraft, which are used for medium to long-haul flights.
For its shorter domestic routes, Hawaiian Airlines uses the Boeing 717-200, with a total of 20 aircraft in service. The airline also has 2 Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, which are used for seasonal international flights.
In addition to its current fleet, Hawaiian Airlines has made significant deals for future aircraft. The airline has ordered 10 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with the first delivery expected in 2022. The Dreamliner will replace the airline's aging fleet of Boeing 767-300ER aircraft and will be used for long-haul flights to Asia, Australia, and North America.
