Icelandair Pet Policy
Icelandair welcomes pets to travel with their owners, but it's important to familiarize yourself with their pet policy before booking your flight. Keep in mind that air carriers can change these policies at any time, so you should always check directly with the airline you are traveling on, before you book, for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
If you plan to travel with your pet on Icelandair, here's what you need to know:
Pet Reservation Info: A maximum of 4 animals can be carried on each aircraft, so you should call their Customer Service Team at (800) 223-5500 to guarantee Fido a spot on board. However, 2 animals can share a carrier if both are small and of the same species. Remember, mandatory quarantine of pets upon entry occurs in many countries and that it is the responsibility of the passenger to determine the requirements of the country being entered.
