Royal Air Maroc Airlines: Aircraft Fleet
Royal Air Maroc Airlines is the national carrier of Morocco and has a fleet of 59 aircraft that operate to more than 90 destinations across the world. The airline has a mix of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft that cater to both short-haul and long-haul flights.
The airline's fleet consists of Boeing and Embraer aircraft. The Boeing fleet includes the 737-700, 737-800, 737 MAX 8, 767-300ER, and 787-8 Dreamliner. The Embraer fleet includes the E190 and E195-E2.
The airline has 37 Boeing aircraft and 22 Embraer aircraft. The most common aircraft in the fleet is the Boeing 737-800, of which the airline has 22. The airline has also recently taken delivery of the Boeing 737 MAX 8, which is a more fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly aircraft.
Royal Air Maroc Airlines has made significant deals regarding its aircraft fleet. In 2018, the airline signed a deal with Boeing to purchase four 787-9 Dreamliners, which are expected to be delivered in 2021. The airline has also signed a deal with Embraer to purchase three E195-E2 aircraft, which are expected to be delivered in 2021.
