Additionally, the airline has two Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft and six Airbus A320neo aircraft on order.

Royal Jordanian Airlines has made significant deals regarding its aircraft fleet. In 2015, the airline signed a deal with Embraer to purchase five E175 aircraft, which were delivered in 2016. In 2016, the airline also signed a deal with Boeing to purchase two 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, which were delivered in 2017. The airline has also signed a lease agreement with AerCap for six Airbus A321neo aircraft, which are expected to be delivered in 2021.
