Saudia Airlines: Aircraft Fleet
Saudia Airlines, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, has a fleet of over 150 aircraft that operate both domestic and international flights. The airline's fleet consists of various aircraft types from different manufacturers, including Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer.
Saudia Airlines has the following aircraft in its fleet:
- 33 Airbus A320-200
- 15 Airbus A321-200
- 35 Boeing 777-300ER
- 23 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner
- 7 Boeing 747-400
- 9 Embraer E-170
- 5 Embraer E-190
Saudia Airlines has made significant deals in the past to expand and modernize its fleet. In 2015, the airline signed a deal with Airbus to purchase 20 A330-300 Regional aircraft, which are designed for short to medium-haul flights. The airline also signed a deal with Boeing in 2016 to purchase up to 100 aircraft, including 35 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners and 35 Boeing 777-300ERs.
