Getting Around SCL Airport
The airport is divided into two main terminals: Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights. Terminal 1 has four levels: the ground floor for arrivals, baggage claim, and transport services; the first floor for administrative offices and VIP lounges; the second floor for departures, check-in, shops, and restaurants; and the third floor for additional dining options and VIP check-in areas.
Terminal 2, dedicated to international flights, features a central processing area for arrivals and departures, along with four piers (C, D, E, and F) where departure lounges are located. Each pier is designed with unique thematic elements inspired by different regions of Chile, providing a distinct ambiance. Piers are equipped with boarding bridges, retail spaces, duty-free areas, and facilities for passengers with reduced mobility.
To navigate between terminals, clear signage is provided throughout the airport. Additionally, information desks and airport staff are available to assist travelers. For those with connecting flights, it's important to follow the signs to the appropriate terminal and allow sufficient time for security checks and boarding procedures.
