Getting Around BOI Airport

The airport has a single terminal building that spans three stories, making navigation straightforward. The ground floor houses essential services like baggage claim with four carousels and rental car counters. Ticketing counters and a consolidated security checkpoint, which includes TSA PreCheck and CLEAR Security, are also located on this level. This streamlined setup allows travelers to quickly find the services they need upon arrival or before departure.

Once through security, the terminal splits into two concourses: Concourse B and Concourse C. Concourse B features 13 gates, 11 of which are equipped with jet bridges. Notably, gates B21 a/b and B22 a/b share jet bridges. Airlines operating out of Concourse B include United, Southwest, Delta, and American, among others. Concourse C, on the other hand, has 11 gates but only gates C8a and C12 are equipped with jet bridges, with the remainder having covered walkways. This concourse primarily serves Alaska Airlines.

For ease of navigation, it is helpful to familiarize yourself with the gate assignments and locations. Signage throughout the terminal is clear, and airport staff are readily available to assist. Additionally, fast food outlets and other amenities are conveniently located within the terminal, ensuring a comfortable experience as you move through the airport.
