Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

BQK Airport has one security checkpoint located on the main level of the terminal building. Passengers are required to pass through security screening before entering the gate area. The airport recommends arriving at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening and other pre-flight procedures.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

Unfortunately, the airport does not currently offer any fast track lanes for expedited security screening. However, the airport does offer TSA PreCheck, which allows eligible passengers to enjoy a faster and more efficient screening process. TSA PreCheck is available at the airport's security checkpoint and can be applied for through the TSA website.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

BQK does not offer international flights, so there are no passport or immigration control locations at the airport. However, if you are traveling internationally, you will need to go through passport control and customs at your port of entry into the United States. Be sure to have all necessary travel documents and identification ready for inspection upon arrival.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

Brunswick Golden Isles Airport has both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. The TSA checkpoint is located on the main level of the terminal, and is open daily from 4:00am to 7:00pm. The TSA Pre Checkpoint is also located on the main level of the terminal, and is open Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 11:00am and from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Passengers who have enrolled in TSA Pre can enjoy expedited screening, allowing them to keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and keep their liquids and electronics in their carry-on bags.

Global Entry Locations

Unfortunately, Brunswick Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, nearby airports such as Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) and Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) do have enrollment centers available for passengers who wish to enroll in the Global Entry program. Global Entry allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States, making the customs process faster and more efficient. Passengers who are interested in enrolling in Global Entry can visit the Customs and Border Protection website for more information and to schedule an appointment.

CLEAR Lane Locations

This airport does not currently have CLEAR Lanes. However, you still might be able to use CLEAR if you are traveling to or from another airport that does. You can easily check CLEAR airport locations and learn more about how to save a ton of time on your next trip!

Food, Shops & Services

BQK may be small, but it still offers a decent selection of food and shopping options for travelers. If you're feeling hungry, head to the airport's restaurant, The Flyin' Cow, which serves up classic American fare like burgers, sandwiches, and salads. There's also a snack bar located near the gate area where you can grab a quick bite to eat before your flight.

For those looking to do some last-minute shopping, Brunswick Golden Isles Airport has a small gift shop that sells souvenirs, snacks, and travel essentials. You'll also find a newsstand where you can pick up magazines, newspapers, and books to keep you entertained during your flight.

In terms of amenities, Brunswick Airport has free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal, as well as charging stations for your electronic devices. There's also a conference room available for rent if you need to hold a meeting or work while you wait for your flight. while the airport may not have a wide variety of food and shopping options, it still provides travelers with the necessary amenities to make their travel experience as comfortable as possible.

Baggage Claim Areas

Upon arrival at the airport, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim area. The airport has a single baggage claim area, located near the exit doors of the terminal building. Passengers can collect their checked-in baggage from the designated carousel, which is clearly marked with the flight number and destination. The airport staff is always available to assist passengers with any baggage-related queries.
