Getting Around OTP Airport
The airport features a single terminal divided into three main areas: the Departures Hall, the Arrivals Hall, and the Finger Terminal (airside concourse). These sections are interconnected by a walkway lined with shops, making it convenient to navigate between them. The Departures Hall is where you will find the check-in desks and security checkpoints, while the Arrivals Hall handles incoming passengers and baggage claim.
Once past security, the Finger Terminal is divided into domestic and international sections, clearly marked to guide passengers to their respective gates. With 38 gates, including 14 equipped with jetways, the terminal is designed to handle a significant volume of passengers efficiently. To assist with navigation, the terminal has ample signage in multiple languages, and information desks are strategically located throughout the airport.

Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
OTP Airport has security checkpoints located at both the departures and arrivals areas of the airport. The departures area has several security checkpoints located near the check-in counters, while the arrivals area has one security checkpoint located near the baggage claim area. Passengers are required to pass through these checkpoints before boarding their flights or exiting the airport.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Fast track lanes are available for passengers who wish to expedite the security screening process. These lanes are located at the departures area of the airport, near the security checkpoints. Passengers who are eligible for fast track services include business class passengers, frequent flyers, and passengers who have purchased fast track services. These lanes are clearly marked and are easily accessible to eligible passengers.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Passport and immigration control is located at the arrivals area of the airport. Passengers are required to present their passports and travel documents to immigration officers before entering the country. The airport has several immigration counters to accommodate the large number of passengers arriving at the airport. Passengers are advised to have all necessary documents ready before approaching the immigration counters to avoid delays.

Baggage Claim Areas
Upon arrival at OTP, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim areas. There are several baggage carousels located in the Arrivals Hall, which are clearly marked with flight information. Passengers should check the flight information screens to determine which carousel their luggage will be arriving on. Baggage carts are available near the baggage claim areas for passengers to use.
