Getting around GPT Airport is straightforward due to its compact and efficient layout. The terminal is designed to facilitate an easy flow of passengers from the check-in area through security to the gates. The airport features a single main terminal, so you can reach any gate without the need for extensive walking or the use of shuttles.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Gulfport Biloxi Regional Airport has two security checkpoints located on the first floor of the terminal building. The first one is located near the entrance of the terminal, while the second one is located near the gates. Both checkpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Gulfport Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program that allows eligible passengers to use the fast track lanes for security screening. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the first security checkpoint near the entrance of the terminal. In addition, the airport also offers a Clear program that allows passengers to skip the security lines altogether. The Clear lane is also located at the first security checkpoint. Passengers who are enrolled in the Clear program can use the dedicated lane for a quick and hassle-free security screening process.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
GPT Airport does not have a dedicated passport and immigration control area as the airport only operates domestic flights. However, passengers are still required to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, at the security checkpoint. Passengers traveling internationally will need to connect to a larger airport that offers international flights and has a dedicated passport and immigration control area.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for passengers to ensure a smooth and efficient security screening process. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to enjoy expedited screening at security checkpoints. Passengers who are enrolled in TSA Pre Check can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and do not need to remove laptops and liquids from their carry-on bags. To enroll in TSA Pre Check, passengers can apply online or in-person at an enrollment center.

Global Entry Locations
GPT does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center. However, there are several Global Entry Enrollment Centers located in nearby cities, including New Orleans, LA and Mobile, AL. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To enroll in Global Entry, passengers must apply online and then complete an in-person interview at an enrollment center. Once approved, travelers can enjoy expedited clearance at participating airports and land borders.
CLEAR Lane Locations

Upon arrival at Gulfport Airport, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim area. The airport has two baggage carousels located on the lower level of the terminal building. The carousels are clearly marked with flight information, making it easy for passengers to identify which carousel to go to. Baggage carts are available near the baggage claim area for passengers to use free of charge. If you are unable to locate your baggage, there is a baggage service office located in the baggage claim area where you can report your missing luggage.
