Getting Around DOH Airport
The airport features Terminal 1, which includes five main concourses: A, B, C, D, and E. Each concourse is designed to facilitate smooth passenger movement, with Concourse A and B situated on opposite sides of the check-in area. Concourse A is located to the west, while Concourse B is to the east. Concourse C is positioned further along and features both jet bridge gates and remote gates. Concourses D and E are fully operational, with gates distributed across two floors.
For ease of navigation, a cable-drawn Cable Liner connects Halls A and B with Halls D and E, covering a distance of approximately 500 meters indoors. This service is available 24 hours a day, ensuring that passengers can move efficiently between different parts of the terminal. Additionally, each concourse offers various amenities such as coffee shops, smoking rooms, family areas, and duty-free stores to enhance the travel experience.
When moving between gates, clear signage throughout the terminal helps guide travelers. If you need assistance, airport staff are available to provide directions and support. For those traveling in premium classes, the First and Business Class lounges offer a comfortable space to relax before your flight. The exact location of the security checkpoints may vary depending on the terminal and gate number. However, there are clear signs and staff members available to guide passengers to the nearest security checkpoint.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
DOH Airport offers a Fast Track service for passengers who want to expedite their journey through the airport. The Fast Track service includes a dedicated lane for security and passport control, allowing passengers to bypass the regular queues. The Fast Track service is available for an additional fee and can be booked online or at the airport. The Fast Track lanes are located at the security checkpoints and passport control areas in all terminals.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Passport and immigration control at the airport is located in the arrival and departure areas of all terminals. Passengers arriving at the airport will need to pass through passport control before collecting their luggage. The passport control area is clearly marked and staff members are available to assist passengers. Passengers departing from the airport will need to pass through passport control before boarding their flight. The passport control area is located after the security checkpoint and is clearly marked with signs and staff members available to guide passengers.
