Getting Around YHM Airport
YHM Airport features a single terminal that is compact and easy to navigate. With only one gate, all essential services such as check-in, security, and boarding are conveniently located within a short walking distance from the front entrance. This layout minimizes the time and effort required to move between different areas of the airport.

Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Hamilton Airport has two security checkpoints, one located on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. The ground floor checkpoint is located near the baggage claim area, while the second floor checkpoint is located near the departure gates. Both checkpoints are equipped with X-ray machines, metal detectors, and body scanners to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
YHM Airport offers a Fast Track service for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. The Fast Track service is available at both security checkpoints and can be purchased online or at the airport. Passengers who purchase the Fast Track service will have access to a dedicated lane, which will allow them to bypass the regular security queue. The Fast Track service is available for both departing and arriving passengers.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The Passport and Immigration Control area at the airport is located on the second floor of the terminal building. Passengers arriving at the airport will need to go through immigration control before they can collect their baggage. Passengers departing from the airport will need to go through passport control before they can board their flight. The Passport and Immigration Control area is equipped with automated passport control kiosks, which can be used by eligible passengers to expedite their immigration process.

Baggage Claim Areas
Hamilton Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal building. Baggage from domestic and international flights are collected separately. Passengers are advised to check the monitors for the correct baggage carousel number. The airport staff is available to assist passengers with any baggage-related queries.
