Getting Around AZO Airport
The terminal at AZO Airport is designed to facilitate easy movement for travelers. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Kalamazoo Airport has one security checkpoint located on the main level of the terminal building. It is easily accessible from the ticketing and baggage claim areas. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
There are no dedicated fast track lanes at AZO Airport. However, TSA PreCheck is available for eligible passengers, which allows them to go through an expedited security screening process. Passengers who are enrolled in the TSA PreCheck program can use the designated lanes at the security checkpoint.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The airport does not have international flights, so there are no passport and immigration control locations. All flights departing from and arriving at the airport are domestic flights within the United States. However, passengers are still required to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, at the security checkpoint.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At AZO, the TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints are located near the main entrance of the terminal. Passengers are required to go through the TSA checkpoint before proceeding to their gate. TSA Pre Check is available for eligible passengers, allowing them to go through a faster and more streamlined security process. To be eligible for TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved through the TSA Pre Check program.

Global Entry Locations
Kalamazoo Battle Creek Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center on-site. However, there are several enrollment centers located within a reasonable driving distance from the airport. These centers allow travelers to complete their Global Entry application and interview process. It is recommended that travelers schedule their appointment in advance to ensure availability.
