Both checkpoints are equipped with advanced technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for the security screening process.

The Clear lane is located at the upper level security checkpoint. Passengers who are not enrolled in these programs can still use the standard security lanes.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

Passengers arriving from international destinations must proceed to the CBP facility after disembarking from their flight. The CBP facility is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and passengers are advised to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for the CBP process.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

Missoula Airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for eligible travelers, meaning they can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. To be eligible for TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved through the TSA's application process.
