Getting Around PMI Airport
PMI Airport features a central terminal with four distinct modules—A, B, C, and D—each serving different types of flights and airlines. Navigating the airport is relatively straightforward due to clear signage and a well-organized layout. Each module is color-coded for easy identification: blue for Module A, green for Module B, purple for Module C, and orange for Module D.
Module A, located in the north, is primarily used for non-Schengen flights, including those to the UK and Ireland. It has 28 gates, with 8 equipped with airbridges. Module B, the smallest, is in the northeast and serves regional flights with its 8 ground-floor gates. Module C, the largest, is in the east and serves various Schengen destinations with 33 gates, 9 of which have airbridges. Lastly, Module D in the south handles European flights with 19 gates, 10 of which have airbridges.
To move between modules, passengers can follow the color-coded signs. For those with connecting flights, it’s advisable to check the gate information upon arrival and allow sufficient time for walking between modules, especially if transitioning from Module C, which has the longest distance from security control. Various amenities, including shops, restaurants, and lounges, are available throughout the terminal to make your transit as comfortable as possible.
