Getting Around PSA Airport

The terminal at PSA Airport is organized into two main gate areas. Gates 1–11 are located on the ground floor and primarily serve Schengen flights. Passengers using these gates typically board their flights via shuttle buses that transport them directly to the aircraft. For non-Schengen flights, gates 21–25 are situated on level one, where a combination of walk-boarding, bus-boarding, and jetway boarding methods are employed. Although gate 23 is equipped with a jetbridge, it is rarely used.

To navigate between these areas, clear signage is available throughout the terminal, guiding passengers to their respective gates. For those needing assistance, information desks are strategically placed within the terminal, and airport staff are readily available to help. Additionally, the terminal features amenities such as restrooms, shops, and dining options, conveniently located near the gate areas to ensure a comfortable experience while waiting for flights.
