Getting Around SAP Airport
The airport consists of two terminals, A and B, which are integrated within the same building. This layout simplifies navigation as you do not need to exit one terminal to reach the other. Terminal A primarily handles international flights, while Terminal B caters to domestic flights. The terminals are connected internally, making it easy to transfer between them if you have connecting flights.
Inside the terminal building, you will find four gates and three jet bridges. Signage is clear and available in multiple languages, which helps in guiding passengers to their respective gates, baggage claim areas, and other essential facilities. For those needing assistance, information desks are strategically located near the main entrances and exits.
Additional amenities such as a single immigration office and security cameras are in place to ensure smooth processing and safety. Be sure to follow the signs to the immigration office upon arrival if you are on an international flight. Efficiently placed escalators and elevators make it easy to navigate between different levels of the terminal, ensuring accessibility for all travelers.
