This terminal is divided into two main concourses, labeled as Concourse A and an unnamed second concourse. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
ISP has two security checkpoints located on the upper level of the terminal building. The first checkpoint is located near the entrance of Concourse A, while the second checkpoint is located near the entrance of Concourse B. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Fast Track lanes are not available at Long Island MacArthur Airport. However, the TSA PreCheck program is available for eligible passengers, which allows them to go through an expedited security screening process. TSA PreCheck lanes are available at both security checkpoints at the airport.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Islip Airport does not have international flights, therefore, there are no passport and immigration control locations at the airport. However, passengers traveling to international destinations will have to go through passport and immigration control at their arrival airport.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
ISP Airport has both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for the convenience of travelers. TSA Pre Check allows expedited screening for low-risk passengers, allowing them to keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, as well as keep laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. To use TSA Pre Check, travelers must apply and be approved by the TSA. The regular TSA checkpoint is also available for those who have not been approved for TSA Pre Check.

Global Entry Locations
Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. the airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center on site, but there are several locations nearby where travelers can apply for Global Entry, including JFK International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport. Once approved, Global Entry members can use automated kiosks to bypass the regular customs lines and expedite their entry into the United States.
CLEAR Lane Locations

Baggage claim for domestic flights is located on the lower level, while baggage claim for international flights is located on the upper level. The airport provides baggage carts free of charge for passengers to use while retrieving their luggage.
