Getting Around PWM Airport
The airport features a single passenger terminal with four concourses: B, C, D, and E. These concourses collectively house a total of 60 gates. The international section of Concourse D is named the Governor Victor G. Atiyeh International Concourse, in honor of the former Oregon governor. Navigating between concourses is straightforward, with clear signage and walkways connecting each area.
To assist with getting around the terminal, passengers will find a variety of amenities and services throughout the concourses. Key facilities such as restrooms, dining options, and retail stores are well-distributed, ensuring that travelers can easily access what they need without having to traverse long distances. Additionally, information desks are strategically located to provide assistance and directions.

Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
PWM has two security checkpoints located on the first floor of the terminal building. The main checkpoint is located near the check-in counters, while the second checkpoint is located near the gate area. Both checkpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Portland Jetport Airport offers a Fast Track lane for passengers who want to expedite the security screening process. The Fast Track lane is located at the main security checkpoint and is available for passengers who have TSA PreCheck or CLEAR membership. These passengers can enjoy a faster and more efficient screening process, allowing them to get to their gate faster.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Portland Airport has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility located on the second floor of the terminal building. This facility is responsible for processing international arrivals and departures. Passengers arriving from international destinations must go through passport and immigration control at this facility. The CBP facility is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
PWM Airport offers both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for passengers. TSA Pre allows eligible passengers to enjoy expedited security screening, which means they can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, as well as leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. To use TSA Pre, passengers must apply and be approved for the program. TSA Pre is available at the main security checkpoint at PWM.

Global Entry Locations
Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. the airport does not currently have a Global Entry enrollment center, but there are several locations nearby where travelers can complete their Global Entry interview, including Boston Logan International Airport and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. It's important to note that appointments for Global Entry interviews must be made through the Trusted Traveler Program website.
CLEAR Lane Locations
This airport does not currently have CLEAR Lanes. However, you still might be able to use CLEAR if you are traveling to or from another airport that does. You can easily check CLEAR airport locations and learn more about how to save a ton of time on your next trip!

Food, Shops & Services
The airport offers a variety of food and shopping options to its passengers. The airport has several restaurants and cafes that serve delicious food and beverages. Passengers can grab a quick bite at Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, or Burger King. For those who want to sit down and enjoy a meal, there is a restaurant called Linda Bean's Maine Kitchen & Topside Tavern that offers a range of seafood and other dishes.

Baggage Claim Areas
Portland Jetport Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal. Baggage for domestic flights is usually available within 10-15 minutes of arrival, while international baggage may take up to 30 minutes. The airport provides baggage carts free of charge for passengers to use while retrieving their luggage.
