Getting Around OKC Airport
The airport features a single three-level terminal with 17 departure gates distributed between the West Concourse (Gates 1–12) and the Central Concourse (Gates 14–24). Gates on the south side use even numbers while those on the north use odd numbers. However, some odd numbers are omitted, so do not be surprised if the sequence is not continuous. This layout helps to streamline passenger flow and makes it relatively easy to navigate.
Upon arrival, passengers can access the baggage claim area located on the lower level, which houses 9 baggage belts. For those needing assistance or looking for amenities, the central terminal area offers various services including information desks, shops, and restaurants. The third level is primarily reserved for airline and airport offices, so most travelers will spend their time on the first two levels.
To move between levels, the terminal is equipped with modern elevators and escalators. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Oklahoma City Airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located on the upper level of the terminal, near the ticket counters. There are also additional security checkpoints located in the West Concourse for passengers traveling on certain airlines. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow for enough time to go through security.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Passengers who are looking to expedite their security screening process can take advantage of the TSA PreCheck program. This program allows for eligible passengers to use dedicated lanes for a faster and more efficient screening process. The TSA PreCheck lanes are located at the main security checkpoint in the terminal. Additionally, some airlines offer their own fast track lanes for their premium passengers. These lanes are typically located in the West Concourse.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The passport and immigration control area at OKC Airport is located on the lower level of the terminal, near baggage claim. This area is where international passengers will go through customs and immigration upon arrival in the United States. It is important for passengers to have all necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa, ready for inspection by immigration officials. After clearing customs, passengers can proceed to baggage claim to retrieve their luggage and exit the airport.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At the airport, there are multiple TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints located throughout the terminal. These checkpoints are designed to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to enjoy expedited screening, which means they can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, as well as leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. Global Entry Locations
OKC is a designated Global Entry Enrollment Center, which means that passengers can apply for Global Entry at this airport. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To apply for Global Entry, passengers must complete an online application and schedule an appointment for an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. The enrollment process includes a background check and fingerprinting. Once approved, Global Entry members can use automated kiosks to bypass the traditional customs and passport control lines.

Baggage Claim Areas
OKC Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal building. Baggage claim area 1 serves Delta, Southwest, and United airlines, while baggage claim area 2 serves American, Frontier, and Allegiant airlines. The baggage claim areas are easily accessible from the arrival gates and are equipped with baggage carousels to make it easy for passengers to retrieve their luggage.
