Public Transportation from Buffalo Niagara Airport:  A Ground Transportation Desk, hotel information & rental car phone kiosks are located in the baggge claim area on the lower level. Among many other options available, Canadian and US travelers can take either the on-site Airport Taxi (1-800-551-4369), the Airport Express (1-800-604-1570) or the Airport Shuttle (1-888-402-6606).

Hotel /Motel guests may use the free Metro Trolley  during May through October.  The 'Red Route' operates 9am-midnight daily.

- Metro Route 204 is the Airport-Downtown Express - making pickups in front of the 'Arrivals' entrance, and stopping at the City's  central business district - including the Metro Bus station /Metropolitan Transportation Center. During peak time it runs every 30 mins. There is fee WiFi available.
- Metro Route 24 serves Genesee
- Metro Route 27 serves Wende
- Metro Route 68 serves George Urban.
