Getting Around CHS Airport

CHS Airport features a single terminal layout that simplifies navigation for travelers. The terminal has two main concourses: Concourse A and Concourse B. Concourse A is located towards the east end of the terminal and primarily serves Delta Air Lines and Delta Connection. It includes gates A1 through A7, plus an additional gate A2A. Concourse B, positioned towards the west end, houses gates B1 through B10 and is utilized by various other airlines. This concourse also hosts the international arrivals facility.

Both departure and arrival areas are conveniently situated on the same floor, streamlining the flow of passengers. The departure area is at the east end, while the arrival area is at the west end of the terminal. A single, consolidated TSA security checkpoint serves both concourses, making the security process smoother for passengers heading to either concourse. Here are some tips to help you navigate inside the airport:

  • Check your boarding pass to confirm your gate number as it directs you to either Concourse A or B.
  • Since all key facilities are on the same level, moving between gates and services is straightforward and does not require significant walking.
  • Look for directional signs that are clearly marked to guide you to your necessary concourse and gate.
