Getting Around CRP Airport
Navigating through the airport is straightforward due to its compact layout. The terminal features six gates, with Gates 4 and 6 providing direct access to the U.S. Customs office. Five of these gates are equipped with jetways, making boarding and deplaning more convenient, while the sixth gate requires passengers to use stairs to access the aircraft parking ramp.

Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Corpus Christi Airport has two security checkpoints located on the first floor of the terminal building. One is located near the entrance to the American Airlines ticket counter, and the other is located near the entrance to the United Airlines ticket counter. Both checkpoints are open daily from 4:00 am to 30 minutes prior to the last scheduled departure.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Corpus Christi Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program that allows eligible passengers to use expedited screening lanes. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the security checkpoint near the entrance to the American Airlines ticket counter. In addition, the airport offers a Clear program that allows passengers to use dedicated security lanes. The Clear lane is also located at the security checkpoint near the entrance to the American Airlines ticket counter.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
CRP Airport does not have international flights, so there are no passport and immigration control locations at the airport.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for eligible passengers, which can save time and reduce stress at the airport. To participate in TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved by the TSA. Once approved, they can use dedicated TSA Pre Check lanes at participating airports, including CRP. Standard TSA checkpoints are also available for all passengers.

Global Entry Locations
Corpus Christi Airport does not have a Global Entry Enrollment Center on site, but there are several locations nearby where travelers can complete the Global Entry application process. These include the Enrollment Center in San Antonio, which is about a two-hour drive from the airport, and the Enrollment Center in Houston, which is about a three-hour drive away. Global Entry allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. It includes TSA Pre Check eligibility and is a great option for frequent international travelers.
CLEAR Lane Locations

Food, Shops & Services
CRP offers a variety of food and shopping options for travelers. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a souvenir to take home, the airport has got you covered.

Baggage Claim Areas
CRP has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal building. Baggage claim area A is for flights arriving from American Airlines, while baggage claim area B is for flights arriving from United Airlines. Baggage carts are available for use in both areas.
