Getting Around CRP Airport

The layout of CRP Airport includes a single terminal with six gates, making it relatively straightforward to navigate. Five of these gates are equipped with jetways, providing easy access directly from the terminal to the aircraft. The sixth gate requires passengers to use stairs to reach the aircraft parking ramp. This might require a bit more time and effort, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy carry-ons.

For international travelers, Gates 4 and 6 offer direct access to the U.S. Customs office. This can be particularly convenient for completing necessary customs and immigration procedures. As you move through the terminal, you'll find clear signage directing you to various gates, amenities, and services. Here are a few tips to help you get around inside the airport:

  • Check the information displays frequently for updates on your flight status and gate information.
  • If you're using Gate 6, prepare for a brief walk outdoors and possibly using stairs to board your plane.
  • For any assistance, look for airport staff or information desks strategically located throughout the terminal.
