Getting Around ELP Airport

ELP Airport features a main terminal with a pier-satellite layout, which includes a central entrance leading to two concourses extending east and west. The terminal is organized with an upper and lower level. All gate areas are situated on the upper level, accessible via escalators or elevators from the lower level where you'll find ticketing, baggage claim, and car rentals. This setup allows for straightforward navigation from the moment you check in to when you board your plane.

Here are some tips for getting around inside the airport:

  • Concourse Directions: The West Concourse houses Gates A1–A4, while the East Concourse contains Gates B1–B11. Signage is clear, directing you to either concourse from the central area.
  • Facilities: If you're looking to grab a bite, the food court is located between Gates B6 and B11. It offers a variety of options including Mexican food, pizza, sandwiches, and coffee.
  • Accessibility: For those needing assistance, elevators are available beside escalators that connect the lower and upper levels. The layout ensures that moving between levels and concourses is manageable for everyone.
