Getting Around FLL Airport

Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport features four terminals, each with its own set of concourses and gates. Terminal 1, also known as the Yellow Terminal, includes Concourses A, B, and C with a total of 23 gates. This terminal primarily serves international travelers through Concourse A and is a major hub for Southwest Airlines operating mainly out of Concourse B. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

The airport has multiple security checkpoints located throughout its four terminals. Terminal 1 has one checkpoint located near the entrance of the terminal. Terminal 2 has two checkpoints, one near the entrance and one near the gate area. Terminal 3 has one checkpoint located near the entrance of the terminal. Terminal 4 has two checkpoints, one near the entrance and one near the gate area. Passengers are advised to arrive early and allow ample time for security screening.

Passport and immigration control at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport is located in Terminal 3.
