Banking Services at SHA Airport
Travelers passing through Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (SHA) have access to a variety of banking services to meet their financial needs. These include Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Banks/Credit Unions, and Currency Exchange Services.

The Bank of Communications provides ATM services at SHA. In Terminal 1, these machines can be found to the west of the check-in area D and within the domestic departure hall. For those in Terminal 2, ATMs are conveniently located next to the check-in area in the Domestic Departure Hall and north of the Elite Services Counter in the international Departure Hall. These ATMs are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Airport Banks & Credit Unions
The Bank of China and the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China both have branches at SHA. The Bank of China is located in the international departures area, near gates 15 and 16. It offers services such as personal banking and a cash desk. Similarly, the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China is also in the international departures area, specifically near gates 12 and 14, and provides the same range of services.

In Terminal 2, it is located behind the check-in area D of the Arrivals Hall and along the international departure corridor. In addition to currency exchange, SPD Bank also handles traveler’s cheques.
