Getting Around HSV Airport
The airport features a single terminal with 12 gates, making it relatively straightforward to navigate. Upon entering the terminal, you will find the ticketing area and lobby on the ground floor. Elevators and escalators are available to help you move between floors efficiently. The Four Points by Sheraton hotel is conveniently located above the ticketing area, offering easy access for those with early morning or late-night flights.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
HSV has two security checkpoints located on the upper level of the terminal building. The first checkpoint is located near the entrance to the concourse, while the second checkpoint is located near the entrance to the gate area. Both checkpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Fast Track lanes are available for passengers who want to expedite the security screening process. These lanes are located at both security checkpoints and are accessible to passengers who have TSA PreCheck or CLEAR membership. The Fast Track lanes allow passengers to bypass the regular security lines and move through the screening process more quickly.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Passport and immigration control at Huntsville Airport is located on the lower level of the terminal building. All international passengers must pass through this area before entering the United States. The passport and immigration control area is equipped with modern technology to ensure the efficient processing of passengers. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport early to allow sufficient time for passport and immigration control procedures.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At Huntsville Airport, there are TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available for passengers. The TSA checkpoint is located on the second floor of the terminal, near the ticket counters. Passengers are required to remove their shoes, belts, and jackets, and place all items in bins for screening. Liquids must be in containers of 3.4 ounces or less and placed in a clear, quart-sized bag. Electronics larger than a cell phone must be removed from carry-on bags and placed in a separate bin for screening. TSA Pre Check is available for eligible passengers, allowing them to go through a faster, expedited screening process. Passengers who are members of TSA Pre Check can keep their shoes, belts, and jackets on, and can leave liquids and electronics in their carry-on bags.

Global Entry Locations
Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. At HSV Airport, there is a Global Entry Enrollment Center located on the first floor of the terminal, near baggage claim. This center is open by appointment only, and travelers must apply and be approved for the program before scheduling an appointment. Once approved, travelers can use the Global Entry kiosks located at participating airports to complete their arrival process. This program can save travelers time and hassle when returning to the United States from international travel.
CLEAR Lane Locations

Upon arrival at Huntsville Airport, passengers can easily locate the baggage claim areas. There are two baggage claim carousels located on the lower level of the terminal building. The carousels are clearly marked with flight information, making it easy for passengers to identify which carousel to go to. Baggage carts are available near the baggage claim areas for passengers to use to transport their luggage.
