Getting Around CGK Airport
CGK Airport features three main passenger terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. Terminal 1 is divided into three sub-terminals (1A, 1B, 1C) and primarily serves domestic flights. Terminal 2, with its sub-terminals D, E, and F, handles both domestic and international low-cost carriers. Terminal 3, the newest and largest, caters to both domestic and international flights with a wide range of airlines. Jakarta Airport has security checkpoints located at each terminal. Terminal 1 has two security checkpoints, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Terminal 2 has three security checkpoints, one on the first floor and two on the second floor. Terminal 3 has four security checkpoints, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport early to allow time for security checks.
