The 'Logan Airport Medical Patient Assistance Program' is available for those passengers who come to Boston for medical assistance. It offers pre-arranged personalized greet and meet services. For more information, call 'Public Information Programs' at (617) 561-1800.

People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities

Boston Airport is fully ADA-compliant.  For assistance call customer service line at 1-800-23-LOGAN - or from any pay phone inside the terminals & parking facilities by dialing *23 (Voice) or *24 (TTY Text Telephone).

All terminals have an upper level for departures & lower level for arrivals - with accessible ramps from curbside to terminal and inside elevators. Passengers can be met curbside, at baggage claim, or at the security checkpoint.
For assistance to/from the gate or for medical equipment (such as oxygen at the gate), a pass provided by the airline must be shown at the security checkpoint.

Elevators are equipped with emergency call buttons and Braille are available in each garage and terminal.
All restrooms are accessible.
Baggage carts (at fee) are near Central Parking pedestrian bridges o the terminals.
The free Massport shuttle buses are wheelchair lift-equipped, with visual & audio stop announcement system.
