Boston Airport is fully ADA-compliant. For assistance call customer service line at 1-800-23-LOGAN - or from any pay phone inside the terminals & parking facilities by dialing *23 (Voice) or *24 (TTY Text Telephone).
All terminals have an upper level for departures & lower level for arrivals - with accessible ramps from curbside to terminal and inside elevators. Passengers can be met curbside, at baggage claim, or at the security checkpoint.
For assistance to/from the gate or for medical equipment (such as oxygen at the gate), a pass provided by the airline must be shown at the security checkpoint.
Elevators are equipped with emergency call buttons and Braille are available in each garage and terminal.
