Getting Around SDF Airport

The layout of SDF Airport includes a single terminal, the Jerry E. Abramson Terminal, which is split into two main concourses: A and B. Each concourse houses 12 gates, making navigation relatively straightforward. The terminal is organized with two floors: the first floor for ground transportation and baggage claim, and the second floor for ticketing, passenger drop-off, and access to the concourses. All passenger services are efficiently grouped to facilitate ease of movement.

For moving between concourses, you'll find a rotunda and connector that links Concourse A and Concourse B. This area also hosts a unified security checkpoint, centralizing the screening process to help streamline your transit through the airport. Here are a few tips for getting around inside the airport:

  • Follow the clear signage to reach your desired concourse and gate.
  • Utilize the rotunda connector for easy transfer between Concourse A and B after passing through security.
  • If you need assistance or have questions, look for information desks conveniently located on both floors.
