Passengers traveling internationally in first or business class on qualifying flights marketed and operated by American or one of its Oneworld partners are granted access to the lounge. Elite AAdvantage members with Platinum status and up can access the lounge on qualifying international flights, regardless of class of service. Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members are allowed access if departing or connecting to any flight marketed by AA or a Oneworld partner, regardless of cabin.
Concierge Key members are allowed access, regardless of class of service and itinerary. In order to gain access to the highly restrictive and exclusive ‘Flagship First Dining’ inside the American Airlines Flagship lounge, a passenger must be booked into first class on a qualifying American Airlines international or 3-cabin transcontinental flight or be an invited top-tier Concierge Key member.

The Centurion Lounge
You’ll find the MIA American Express Centurion Lounge after security in Concourse D near Gate D12. It’s also easily accessible from Concourse E since they’re connected, but if you’re flying in from any other concourse you’ll have to go through security a second time

- Platinum and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members with layovers or connecting flights who produce proof of confirmed connecting flight (connections pertain to same airport) will be allowed to enter the lounge. A connecting flight is one that requires passengers to change from one aircraft to another at a hub airport on the way to their final destination.
- Round-trip itineraries do not qualify as connecting flights.
- The lounge will not admit Platinum and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members more than 3 hours before the departure time on the Platinum and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Member's same-day, confirmed boarding pass. This does not apply to Platinum and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members with a connecting flight.
- A Card Member with a round-trip itinerary may only access the lounge within the 3 hours before their outbound departure time.
