Getting Around MNL Airport
Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) consists of four terminals, each serving different types of flights and airlines. Terminal 1 handles international flights, Terminal 2 is dedicated to domestic flights, Terminal 3 serves both international and domestic flights, and Terminal 4 is used for turboprop domestic flights. Understanding the layout and facilities of these terminals can help you navigate the airport more efficiently.
Terminal 1, covering 73,000 square meters, is the second oldest terminal and exclusively handles international flights. It features multiple gates and amenities such as restaurants, shops, and lounges. Terminal 2, also known as the Centennial Terminal, has two wings: the North Wing and the South Wing. The North Wing accommodates domestic flights, while the South Wing handles international flights. Terminal 3, the largest terminal, features 20 jet bridges and several remote gates, offering a wide range of facilities including dining options, retail stores, and lounges. Terminal 4, the smallest and oldest terminal, primarily hosts domestic flights by regional airlines and uses ground-loaded gates.
To move between terminals, shuttle buses are available, providing convenient transfers. For those with connecting flights, it's essential to allow sufficient time for these transfers. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Manilla Ninoy Aquino Airport has security checkpoints located in each of its four terminals. These checkpoints are located at the entrance of each terminal and are easily accessible to passengers. The airport has implemented strict security measures to ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings. All passengers are required to pass through the security checkpoint before entering the boarding area.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations

Food, Shops & Services
Manila Ninoy Aquino Airport offers a wide range of food and shopping options for travelers. Terminal 1 has a food court that serves local and international cuisine, as well as a variety of shops selling souvenirs, clothing, and electronics.
