Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

The Norfolk Airport has security checkpoints located in both Concourse A and Concourse B. Passengers can access these checkpoints after checking in for their flight and passing through the TSA PreCheck or standard security lines. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for the security process.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

The Norfolk Airport offers a Fast Track program for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. The Fast Track lanes are located in Concourse A and Concourse B, and are available to passengers who have purchased a Fast Track pass or are members of a participating airline's frequent flyer program. The Fast Track pass allows passengers to bypass the standard security lines and access a dedicated lane for faster screening. Passengers can purchase a Fast Track pass online or at the airport.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

The passport and immigration control locations at the Norfolk Airport are located in the Main Terminal. Passengers arriving on international flights will need to pass through passport control and customs before exiting the airport. The passport control area is staffed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers who will verify passengers' travel documents and process their entry into the United States. It is recommended that passengers arriving on international flights allow extra time for the passport and immigration control process.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for the convenience of passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for low-risk passengers. Passengers who are enrolled in TSA Pre Check can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their bags. TSA Pre Check is available at select security checkpoints at ORF.
