Getting Around XNA Airport
The airport features a single terminal with 15 gates, making it straightforward to navigate. The terminal is designed with an upper-level concourse that includes a moving walkway, the first of its kind in Arkansas, which helps travelers move more efficiently between gates. This concourse expansion added 12 gates and 51,000 square feet of space to the east side of the airport, providing ample room for passengers to move around.
For those looking to get around the terminal, the moving walkway is a convenient option, especially if you have a tight connection or heavy luggage. The terminal's layout is simple, with clear signage to guide you to your gate, baggage claim, and other amenities. Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located in the main terminal, near the ticket counters. There are also additional security checkpoints located in Concourse A and Concourse B for passengers traveling through those areas. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for the security screening process.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
XNA offers a Fast Track program for passengers who want to expedite their way through security. The Fast Track program allows passengers to use a dedicated lane for security screening, which can significantly reduce wait times. The Fast Track lane is located at the main security checkpoint in the main terminal. To use the Fast Track lane, passengers must purchase a Fast Track pass online or at the airport. Passengers who are members of TSA PreCheck or Global Entry are also eligible to use the Fast Track lane.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
XNA does not have a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility, so there are no passport or immigration control locations at the airport. However, international passengers can still fly into XNA if they clear customs and immigration at another airport before arriving at XNA. Passengers should check with their airline to ensure they have the proper documentation and clearance to fly into XNA from an international destination.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA), the TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints are located near the main entrance of the terminal. The TSA Pre Checkpoint is available for eligible passengers who have enrolled in the TSA PreCheck program. This program allows for expedited screening, where passengers can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and keep laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. The TSA checkpoint is available for all other passengers. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time to allow for enough time to go through security.

Global Entry Locations
Fayetteville Airport (XNA) does not currently have a Global Entry enrollment center. However, there are several enrollment centers located within a reasonable driving distance from the airport. These include enrollment centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Little Rock, Arkansas. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. It also includes TSA PreCheck eligibility. To enroll in Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an in-person interview at an enrollment center.
CLEAR Lane Locations

The airport (XNA) offers a variety of food and shopping options to its passengers. Baggage Claim Areas
XNA Airport has two baggage claim areas located in the lower level of the main terminal. Baggage claim area A serves Concourse A and baggage claim area B serves Concourse B. The baggage claim areas are easily accessible from the arrival gates and are equipped with baggage carousels to make the process of retrieving your luggage quick and easy.
