    Frequent Flier Terminal Tips

To help you navigate the airport terminals with ease, we’ve gathered the best advice and tips from PNS-based frequent travelers, flight attendants, pilots, and airport staff. Their first-hand insights will guide you through the terminals for a smoother journey. Here’s what they have to say:

    Navigating the Airport

"If you're flying out of Pensacola International Airport, remember that Gates 1-10 are on the second floor and Gates 11 and 12 are on the ground floor. The signage is clear, but it's always good to double-check your gate number on your boarding pass to avoid any last-minute rushes." — John D., Gulf Breeze, FL, December 2023

"For those flying American Airlines, keep in mind that they primarily operate from Gates 5 through 9. This can save you some time if you head directly to those gates after clearing security." — Emily R., Milton, FL, January 2024

    Amenities & Services

"The Escape Lounge near the gate area is a great place to relax before your flight. They offer complimentary snacks and beverages, and the Wi-Fi is super fast. It’s worth purchasing access if you have a long wait." — Carlos M., Pensacola, FL, February 2024

"If you need a quick caffeine fix, the Starbucks in the terminal is conveniently located near the main entrance. They usually have shorter lines compared to other airports, which is a big plus." — Lisa K., Pace, FL, March 2024

    Security

"The TSA PreCheck lanes at both the north and south security checkpoints can save you a lot of time. If you travel frequently, it's worth the investment to enroll in TSA PreCheck." — Michael S., Navarre, FL, April 2024

"If you're waiting for someone at baggage claim, there's a small seating area nearby. It's a comfortable spot to wait and keep an eye on the arrivals." — Maria V., Perdido Key, FL, July 2024
