Emergency / Medical Servicesat Portland PDX Airport

In an emergency, dial 911 from a courtesy phone, pay phone or cell phone at PDX.

The Police Department (for non-emergency call 503.460.4221).  It provides for the safety and security of people and property in and around PDX through emergency response; progressive enforcement of federal, state and local laws; and proactive crime prevention.

People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities

If planning to arrive at PDX Airport unaccompanied, communicate your special needs, including wheelchair, to your airline when making reservations. 

If you arrive with a person who will not join your flight, he or she will have to contact your airline in advance for a gate pass if they need to accompany you to the gate.
