Getting Around SLC Airport
SLC features a single terminal design, simplifying the process of navigating through the airport. This terminal is split into two main concourses, A and B, which are efficiently connected by an underground tunnel. This setup allows for straightforward transitions between gates without the need for shuttle services. The terminal hosts a total of 68 gates, with Concourse A comprising 47 gates and Concourse B housing 21 gates.
For your convenience, all passengers share a central security checkpoint equipped with 16 lanes, designed to streamline the screening process and reduce wait times. After passing through security, you can access either concourse via the tunnel. The airport also features eight baggage carousels located within the terminal, making it easier to retrieve your luggage upon arrival. Here are some tips for getting around inside the airport:
- Follow the clear signage to guide you to your desired concourse and gate.
