The MRT to the city runs 5:30am-11:18pm, and takes 27 mins. Tickets can be bought at the station. The MRT City Train station is on the basement level of T2 & T3, accessible from Arrival Hall & Departure Check-in Hall by escalators and elevators. (T1 passengers can use the SkyTrain to get to T2 or T3, while Budget Terminal passengers can use the free shuttle bus to T2.)
The First train from the City arrives at Changi Airport station at 5:26am (Monday-Saturday); at 5:54am Sundays & holidays. (change trains to eastbound train at Tanah Merah staton.
To get to the City from Changi Airport, passengers need to transfer to the west bound train at Tanah Merah train station. (The last train service departing Changi Airport station - allowing transfer to the last west bound train at Tanah Merah station - is at 11:18pm.)
