Getting Around GEG Airport
The airport's passenger terminal is divided into three main areas: Concourse A/B, Concourse C, and the Ground Transportation Center. Concourse A/B is centrally located and features a rotunda area with various dining and shopping options. Concourse A houses gates 11-15, while Concourse B contains gates 1-8. Concourse C, located to the southwest, includes both upper (gates 30-32) and lower levels (gates 21a, 21b, 22-26), catering to different types of aircraft. The Ground Transportation Center is situated to the north.
Since Concourse A/B and Concourse C are not connected airside, passengers must exit to the landside area to transit between these concourses. To navigate between the concourses, follow the clear signage directing you to the appropriate concourse through the main terminal area. The rotunda in Concourse A/B provides a convenient central point for accessing various amenities, and the layout is designed to minimize obstructions, making it easier to move around.
For those needing assistance, information desks are available throughout the terminal, and airport staff are on hand to help with directions and any other needs. Additionally, the airport offers various mobility services for passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring a smoother transit through the terminal. Keep an eye out for the clear overhead signs and digital displays that provide real-time flight information and directions to gates, restrooms, and other facilities.

The airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located on the second floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to Concourse C. There are also additional security checkpoints located near the entrances to Concourses A and B. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time to go through security.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
GEG offers a TSA PreCheck program for eligible passengers, which allows them to use the fast track lanes at security checkpoints. The TSA PreCheck lane is located at the main security checkpoint on the second floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to Concourse C. Passengers who are enrolled in the TSA PreCheck program can use this lane to go through security more quickly and with less hassle. In addition, some airlines offer their own fast track lanes for their premium passengers, so be sure to check with your airline to see if you are eligible.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Spokane Airport does not have any international flights, so there are no passport or immigration control locations at the airport. However, passengers traveling on domestic flights will still need to present a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport, to go through security and board their flight. It is important to make sure that your identification is up-to-date and matches the name on your ticket to avoid any issues at the airport.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At Spokane Airport, there are several TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints available to help expedite the security screening process. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows pre-approved travelers to go through a dedicated security lane, where they can keep on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and leave laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. This program is available at the main security checkpoint, as well as the C and D concourse checkpoints. Additionally, there is a TSA Pre Check enrollment center located in the baggage claim area, where travelers can apply for the program.
