Additionally, discover the options for Global Entry and CLEAR services, and take advantage of special offers for TSA PreCheck and CLEAR enrollment. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The Springfield Branson National Airport has two security checkpoints located on the main terminal. The first security checkpoint is located near the ticket counters, while the second one is located near the gates. Both checkpoints are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
There are no dedicated fast track lanes at the Springfield Branson National Airport. However, the TSA PreCheck program is available for eligible passengers, which allows them to go through security screening at a faster pace. TSA PreCheck lanes are available at both security checkpoints in the main terminal. Passengers who are enrolled in the program can use the dedicated lanes and do not need to remove their shoes, belts, or light jackets. They can also keep their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The Springfield Branson National Airport does not have international flights, so there are no passport and immigration control locations at the airport. However, passengers traveling to international destinations from other airports should ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas. They should also allow enough time for passport and immigration control processing upon arrival at their destination.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
At Springfield Airport (SGF), TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints are available to help expedite the security screening process for passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to enjoy a faster and more convenient screening experience by using dedicated lanes and not having to remove certain items, such as shoes, belts, and laptops, from their carry-on bags. To participate in TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved for the program in advance. TSA Pre Check lanes are available at SGF for eligible passengers.

Global Entry Locations
Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. At SGF, Global Entry locations are not available. However, travelers can still participate in the program by visiting one of the nearby enrollment centers, such as in Kansas City or St. Louis. These enrollment centers allow travelers to complete the application process, provide biometric information, and schedule an interview to be approved for Global Entry. Once approved, travelers can use the dedicated Global Entry kiosks at participating airports to expedite their entry into the United States.
