Getting Around PVD Airport
The layout of PVD Airport features a main terminal divided into two concourses: North and South. The North Concourse hosts 14 gates, while the South Concourse contains eight gates. Gates Seven and Eight in the North Concourse are specifically used for international arrivals and have direct access to customs facilities located on the lower level. This streamlined design helps facilitate a smoother transition for international passengers.
When navigating the terminal, you'll find a variety of amenities centrally located, including a variety of stores and a food court. This setup allows you to easily access dining and shopping options regardless of which concourse your gate is in. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
Providence Green Airport has security checkpoints located in both the North and South Terminals. Passengers should allow ample time to pass through security, especially during peak travel times. The airport recommends arriving at least 90 minutes prior to domestic flights and 2 hours prior to international flights to ensure enough time for the security process.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
Providence Airport offers a TSA PreCheck program, which allows eligible passengers to use expedited screening lanes. These lanes are available at both the North and South Terminals. In addition, the airport offers a CLEAR program, which provides expedited security screening for members. CLEAR lanes are available in the North Terminal. Passengers can sign up for these programs online or at the airport.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
PVD Airport has a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility located in the International Arrivals area of the North Terminal. This facility handles all international arrivals and departures, including customs and immigration processing. Passengers should follow signs for the CBP facility upon arrival and allow ample time for processing.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints to ensure the safety and security of all passengers. TSA Pre Check allows eligible passengers to expedite the security screening process by keeping on their shoes, belts, and light jackets, and leaving laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. Passengers can apply for TSA Pre Check online or in-person at an enrollment center.

Global Entry Locations
TF Green Airport is a designated Global Entry enrollment center, allowing travelers to apply for expedited clearance upon arrival in the United States. Global Entry members are also eligible for TSA Pre Check. To apply for Global Entry, travelers must complete an online application and schedule an in-person interview at a Global Entry enrollment center. TF Green is one of several enrollment centers located in the state of Rhode Island.

CLEAR Plus lanes are located in the Main Terminal on the departures level (Level 2) in front of the security checkpoint entrance.

Food, Shops & Services
TF Green may be small, but it still offers a decent selection of food and shopping options for travelers. If you're feeling hungry, head to the food court located in the main terminal. Here, you'll find a variety of fast food chains such as Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, and Wendy's. There's also a full-service restaurant called the Federal Tavern, which serves up classic American fare.
When it comes to shopping, there are a few stores to choose from. The airport has a small gift shop called the Rhode Island Marketplace, where you can pick up souvenirs and locally-made products. There's also a newsstand that sells magazines, books, and snacks. If you're in need of any last-minute travel essentials, the airport has a Hudson News store that carries everything from headphones to toiletries.

Providence Green Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal.
