Getting Around VCE Airport
The airport terminal is structured across three floors, each dedicated to specific functions to streamline passenger movement. The ground floor is designated for arrivals, where passengers can collect their baggage and pass through customs. The second floor is the departure area, featuring 70 check-in desks and two airside lounges: the "Tintoretto Lounge" for SkyTeam passengers and the "Marco Polo Room" for all other passengers.
For departing passengers, the second floor is divided into separate areas for Schengen and non-Schengen flights, ensuring a smooth flow through security and passport control. To navigate between floors, elevators and escalators are conveniently located throughout the terminal. Additionally, clear signage in multiple languages helps guide passengers to their destinations, whether it be the check-in counters, lounges, or boarding gates.
For those needing assistance, information desks are available on each floor, staffed with personnel ready to help with directions or any other inquiries. Passengers with reduced mobility can also find dedicated services and facilities to aid their journey through the airport. Security & Screening

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The airport has security checkpoints located at the entrance of each terminal. Passengers are required to go through security screening before entering the departure area. It is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time to allow enough time for security screening.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations

The fast track lanes are located at the entrance of each terminal and are clearly marked. Passport and immigration control at Venice Airport is located in the arrivals area of each terminal. Passengers arriving from international destinations are required to go through passport and immigration control before exiting the airport.
